Hello. I’m Shonda. Most of the knowledge that I will share with you on this website has been derived from my own personal health journey. And now that I have combined my personal experience with becoming certified as a Holistic Nutritionist, I believe a holistic approach to wellness provides the best solutions.
I am also the author of two websites. This one and RealFoodAndDrinks.com which I created around the concept of discovering real food to heal and nourish my body and to share my findings with others.
My journey to better health began in 2004, then I became aware of IBS in 2015 when I noticed certain foods causing digestive issues. It was then that I began using FODMAP friendly recipes to control my IBS symptoms.
Yet, since then, I have actually healed my IBS. I am currently developing online health courses to help you reach your health goals. These courses will be available through the Real Food and Drinks Website.
